This notice explains how personal data shared through karnasvineyards.com is processed, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and message, together with the language and date of the submission.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed to answer your message and to handle your reservation or information request, on the basis of Article 5/2-c (establishing a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
Sharing
Messages are forwarded to the Karnas Vineyards team’s e-mail addresses so they can be answered. The data is not shared with third parties other than the companies providing the site’s hosting and e-mail services; some of these providers may keep their servers outside Türkiye.
Retention
The data is kept for as long as needed to answer your request and for the periods required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Cookies and third-party services
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A single value is stored in your browser for 30 days to remember that you confirmed your age. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map on the contact page from Google Maps; these services may process your IP address.
Your rights
